• Once purchased, products cannot be revoked or replaced unless stated otherwise.
• It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure compatibility with their project before purchase.

• Purchased assets are licensed for use within your own Roblox projects.
• You may modify assets for personal or commercial use inside Roblox experiences.
• You may not resell, redistribute, share, or repackage assets as standalone products.
• You may not claim ownership or authorship of assets you did not create.

Reselling ES SHOP assets outside of Roblox or redistributing files (free or paid) is strictly prohibited unless explicitly stated otherwise.

This includes:

• Uploading assets to other marketplaces
• Sharing files with third parties
• Bundling assets into resale packs

Violation of these terms may result in account restrictions or legal action.

• All prices are displayed in USD unless stated otherwise.
• Payments are processed securely via third-party payment providers.
• ES SHOP does not store payment information.

Taxes, fees, or conversion charges may apply depending on your location or payment provider.

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final.

Refunds are not guaranteed and are only considered in exceptional cases such as:

• Duplicate purchases
• Proven technical issues preventing access to the product
