License Agreement

This License Agreement defines the terms under which digital assets purchased on ES SHOP may be used.

By purchasing or using any asset from ES SHOP, you agree to be bound by the terms of this License Agreement.

ES SHOP grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use purchased assets:

• within your own Roblox experiences
• for personal or commercial purposes
• in projects that you own or control

This license does not transfer ownership of the assets.

Unless otherwise stated on the product page, you are permitted to:

• use assets in Roblox games and experiences
• modify assets to suit your project needs
• integrate assets into published Roblox experiences

Assets must be used only as part of a Roblox experience and not as standalone products.

You may not:

• resell, redistribute, or share assets, whether free or paid
• publish original or modified asset files outside of Roblox
• include assets in resale packs, templates, or bundles
• claim ownership or authorship of assets you did not create
• grant third parties access to the source files

Use of assets in collaborative projects is allowed only if:

• all contributors are working on the same Roblox project
• assets are not redistributed individually
• access to files is limited to the project team

Any usage outside this scope requires prior written permission.

This license does not allow:

• use of assets in non-Roblox projects
• use of assets for AI training or dataset generation
• integration into automated systems, generators, or secondary marketplaces

You are solely responsible for how assets are used in your projects.

ES SHOP is not responsible for:

• Roblox moderation actions
• improper or unauthorized usage
• issues caused by asset modification or implementation

Any violation of this License Agreement results in immediate termination of the granted license.

Upon termination, you must cease all use of the affected assets.

ES SHOP reserves the right to update this License Agreement at any time.

Changes apply to future purchases only.

Licenses granted prior to updates remain governed by the terms in effect at the time of purchase, unless otherwise stated.
